Tie the capelet in front with a sassy bow or pull the ties under your arms and around to tie behind. The toss can be customized to come all the way to close in front with a hook instead of a bow.
Materials: ethically sourced feather boa, rayon satin lining, rayon double-faced satin ribbon
Dimensions: Every toss is 8" wide at the center including feathers and has an 18" ribbon tie
